Our admissions process is straightforward. Below you'll find age limits, document checklists, and step-by-step procedures for new students, transferees, and returning families.

Age Requirements

Who can apply.

Age limits are calculated as of 31 August of the admission year.

KG1

Child must complete or have completed age 4 on or before 31 August of the admission year.

KG2

Child must complete or have completed age 5 on or before 31 August of the admission year.

Grade 1

Child must complete age 6 by 31 August of the admission year, and not exceed age 7.

See the School Registrar

Visit the school in person to meet our Registrar and request an Application Form.

Complete the Registration Form

Fill out the form at the Admissions Office and bring all required documents for verification.

Document Verification & Confirmation

Our team will verify your documents and confirm enrolment. Once confirmed, your child is officially admitted.

Document Checklists

What documents you'll need.

Different requirements apply based on your child's grade level and prior schooling.

  • 5 pieces passport-size photographs with white background
  • Clear photocopy of student's birth certificate
  • Clear photocopy of passport and valid Residence Visa (both student and parents)
  • Clear photocopy of Emirates ID (both student and parents — front and back)
  • Immunisation Card (Baby Book) or Health Records of the applicant (for 6 years old and onwards)
  • Photocopy of latest Report Card (for students who attended KG1 or KG2)
  • Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate from previous school (if from a school within UAE)
  • 5 pieces passport-size photographs with white background
  • Clear photocopy of student's birth certificate
  • Clear photocopy of passport and valid Residence Visa (both student and parents)
  • Clear photocopy of Emirates ID (both student and parents — front and back)
  • Immunisation Card (Baby Book) or Health Records
  • Photocopy of the latest Report Card
  • Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate from previous school (if from a school within UAE)
  • Good Conduct Certificate
  • Apostille (Authenticated) Transcript of Records (Form 137A) from DepEd, DFA, and UAE Embassy in Manila, Philippines
Note: Apostille (authentication) is not required for new students, transferees, or returnees from schools within the UAE.
  • 5 pieces latest passport-size photographs with white background
  • Updated clear copy of passport and valid Residence Visa (both student and parents)
  • Updated clear photocopy of Emirates ID (both student and parents — front and back)
  • Copy of previous report card
Transferees

Coming from elsewhere?

Specific document requirements depend on where your child is transferring from.

From Other Emirates

Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate from the last school attended.

From the Philippines

Apostille (Authenticated) Transcript of Records (Form 137A) from DepEd, DFA, and the UAE Embassy in Manila, Philippines.

From Other Countries

Original scholastic records authenticated by the Ministry of Education of the country of origin and by the UAE Embassy.
